The device contains a sealed cavity with at least five pipelines. The first pipeline is configured to supply an oil and gas-liquid mixture, the second pipeline is configured to take oil and gas-liquid mixture, the third pipeline is configured to take associated water and the fourth pipeline is configured to collect settled impurities from the sealed cavity, the fifth pipeline is equipped with a gas pressure regulator and is configured to gas sampling. The outlet into the sealed cavity from the first pipeline is located above the outlet from the third pipeline and below the outlet from the second pipeline. The outlet into the sealed cavity from the fourth pipeline is located below the outlet from the third pipeline. The outlet into the sealed cavity from the fifth pipeline is located below the outlet from the second pipeline.
