SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a system for controlling the flow structure of an oil-and-gas-liquid mixture, a controller for a control system, a set for a control system, a method for controlling the flow structure of an oil-and-gas-liquid mixture. The control system for the structure of the flow of the oil-and-gas-liquid mixture includes a sealed cavity, made with the possibility of supplying and withdrawing the oil-and-gas-liquid mixture from it. At least two pipelines are made with the possibility of supplying an oil-and-gas-liquid mixture, connected by an inlet to a common pipeline for supplying an oil-and-gas-liquid mixture and an exit to a sealed cavity. At the inlet of each of at least two pipelines there is a vibration sensor, a pressure sensor and control valves with an electric drive. At the outlet of each of at least two pipelines, a pressure sensor and a controller are placed. The controller is configured to determine the flow regimes of the oil-gas-liquid mixture flow based on at least a certain pressure drop and a certain vibration level. The controller sends control signals to electric actuators of control valves to control the size of the flow area of pipelines depending on the flow regime.
EFFECT: increasing the uniformity of the flow of the oil-gas-liquid mixture by maintaining the bubble structure of the flow.
