FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous production of curved laminar parts from thermoplastic materials with selected and variable thickness. To integrate parts or components into multiplayer stack, automated equipment or manual tools are used. All layers of every stack are locked at appropriate points to fix their positions and orientation. Tooling used to this end comprises all necessary geometrical characteristics and is adjusted to produce solid laminar part from composite material with sections of variable thickness.
EFFECT: new method of continuous production.
