FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: in producing hollow moulder core made up of segments defining its outer geometry, every segment passes along lengthwise axis and may turn about axis running along said core between folded and unfolded positions of hollow moulder core. Said segments are designed to allow jointing together by connecting elements to produce hollow section. At least one fibrous billet may be arranged on definite sections of produced moulder core to shape at least one moulded section of structural component reinforced by composite material reinforced by fibers. At least one moulded section is heated and/or subjected to pressure to produce structural component reinforced by composite material reinforced by fibers.

EFFECT: possibility to vary core geometry.
