SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the treatment of cancer. A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of cancer is proposed, containing effective amount of a purified bacterial mixture consisting of bacterial strains containing 16S of rDNA sequence at least 99% identical to a sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 2, SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 6, SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 8, SEQ ID NO: 9, SEQ ID NO: 10 and SEQ ID NO: 11. A pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of cancer is also proposed, additionally containing a pH-sensitive composition containing one or several intestinal soluble polymers.
EFFECT: group of inventions activates the immune system by inducing interferon-gamma-producing CD8+ T-cells.
