FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology and immunotherapy, particularly to an antigen-MHC-nanoparticles composition for parenteral administration for inducing an anti-inflammatory response in the intestine and a method for production thereof. Composition contains multiple antigen-MHC complexes conjugated with nanoparticles, where antigen is obtained from Bacteroides integrase, nanoparticles have core diameter from approximately 1 nm to approximately 30 nm, valency of the antigen-MHC complex is at least 11 complexes of antigen-MHC on the core of the nanoparticles and the complex of antigen-MHC is covalently bonded to the core of the nanoparticles through a PEG-linker with size of less than 5 kDa. Method of preparing the composition involves preparing the pegylated nanoparticles and conjugating them with an antigen-MHC complex.
EFFECT: composition has improved agonist properties and promotes accumulation of anti-inflammatory T cells in the intestine of the patient, wherein the patient suffers a gastrointestinal disease specified in inflammatory intestinal disease, colitis, Crohn's disease, allergic inflammation of gastrointestinal tract or celiac disease.
