FIELD: railway track superstructure.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the superstructure of a railway track, in particular to methods for the early fragmentary installation of a single turnout switch on wooden sleepers. During the construction of the track, elements of the turnout switch are laid on the roadbed. Laying begins at the intersection of the axes of the main and lateral paths. Of the entire set of turnouts, only sleepers and two wits, two frame rails, elements of one transition curve between the straight rails of the main track, guardrails, crosspiece cores and one counter rail are immediately laid. The pegs are connected by an inter-shank traction. The rest of the elements of the turnout switch kit are left for storage in the organization that will install the turnout switch. All transfer sleepers are made the same. The pegs are fixed in a position in which the train can only move along the main track. When installing the translation, the missing translation mechanisms are installed, ballasted and straightened the track.
EFFECT: labor intensity of the construction of bypasses of damaged railway lines is reduced.
