SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to coated fiber cement products and methods for manufacturing such products. The method for manufacturing coated fiber cement products includes following stages: providing a cured fiber cement product having at least one surface; applying the first layer of primer containing at least a binder and a pigment to at least one surface of the cured fiber cement product, where the binder is obtained by emulsion polymerization in an aqueous medium; applying at least one layer of a radiation-cured composition in the form of wet coating on top of the first layer, wherein the radiation-cured composition contains at least one pigment, the first polymer (A) having ethylene-unsaturated double bonds, which is polyurethane acrylate, and the second polymer (B), which is cross-linked chemically and under the influence of radiation; curing of a layer of the radiation-cured composition by exposure to radiation.
EFFECT: restriction and prevention of the movement of pigments through coating layers, the prevention of chemical destabilization and destruction of pigments.
