SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy, dermatology, clinical laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to assess the effectiveness of treatment of patients with psoriatic arthritis. For this, on the day of admission and on the 30th day of treatment, venous blood is taken and the content of nitric oxide, alpha-1 acid glycoprotein, ceruloplasmin and haptoglobin is determined. The ratio of the value of each indicator obtained on the day of receipt to its value on the 30th day is calculated, the average value of the sum of the received ratios of all indicators. With an average value of 1.5 or more, the treatment is assessed as effective, with an average value of less than 1.5, the treatment is assessed as ineffective.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to control the effectiveness of therapy for this category of patients and, if necessary, to timely adjust the management tactics.
