FIELD: medicine; resuscitation.
SUBSTANCE: number of inflamed entheses is determined at 8 paired points — in the lateral epicondyle of the humerus, the medial condyle of the femur, the site of attachment of the Achilles tendon and the site of attachment of the plantar fascia to the calcaneus, a study of the patient’s venous blood to determine the level of secreted DKK-1 protein, and an assessment of the quality of life with using the PsAID-12 instrument, including the Skin Damage scale and the Pain scale, with the determination of the prognosis for achieving minimal activity of psoriatic arthritis according to a given formula. If the P value is ≥3.89, the achievement of minimal disease activity is determined, and if the P value is less than 3.89, it is determined that the patient will not achieve minimal disease activity during therapy after 3 months.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict the achievement of minimal disease activity within three months in patients with psoriatic arthritis at any stage of patient observation by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
