SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is a method for predicting the risk of developing type 2 psoriasis in postmenopausal women, characterized by the fact that blood serum is examined for follicle-stimulating hormone by immunofluorescence and calculating a prediction coefficient of risk of developing type 2 psoriasis by formula K=y×100 %, where K is prediction coefficient of risk of developing type 2 psoriasis, y=exp(-7.5+(0.17)*FSH)/(1+exp(-7.5+(0.17)*FSH)), where y – coefficient of multiple regression, FSH - concentration of follicle-stimulating hormone in blood serum in mMe/ml, at that, if K≥60 %, the risk of developing type 2 psoriasis in postmenopausal women is high, and if K<60 %, the risk of developing type 2 psoriasis is low.

EFFECT: this method allows to develop a number of individual preventive measures for each patient in a short period of time.
