FIELD: rail transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rail transport, in particular to driven wheel non-rotating trolleys of rail vehicles, mainly trams, with 100% low floor level, with a track width of 1000 mm. The trolley contains a frame of two subframes and two wheel pairs. Each subframe includes one longitudinal beam and one transverse beam. Beams are pivotally connected to each other. Cases of axle boxes with bearings are installed from the outer side of wheels. Each axle box case is sprung relatively to the longitudinal beam. Each wheel pair is driven and slowed down by an engine. Engines, from one side, are kinematically connected to a reductor via a coupling, and from the other side, - to a disc brake. Engines are fixed on the side on the outer side of the longitudinal beam. Reductors are installed on the axis from the outer side of the frame and fixed on the side on the longitudinal beam.
EFFECT: possibility of trolley operation on city lines with a track width of 1000 mm and curve radii of 16 m is provided.
