FIELD: blow molding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for blow molding of a vessel. The method contains the extrusion of a hollow elongated pipe from an extrusion head, wherein a workpiece for blowing contains one free end. Then, a molding device is closed around the workpiece for blowing, wherein the molding device contains a molding chamber and at least one hole, wherein the specified at least one hole is a hole leading to the molding chamber outside of the closed molding device. Inside the specified at least one hole, an excess part of the workpiece for blowing is located, wherein the free end of the workpiece for blowing is fixed in the molding device opposite to the specified at least one hole. The excess part of the workpiece for blowing is fixed in the specified at least one hole by applying a holding force outside the excess part of the workpiece for blowing. The workpiece for blowing is cut outside the closed molding device in order to obtain the workpiece for blowing with an open end, adjacent to the specified at least one hole. A needle for blowing is placed in the open end of the workpiece for blowing in such a way that the specified open end is closed with the needle for blowing. Gas under pressure is supplied from the needle for blowing to the workpiece for blowing to form a vessel molded by blowing in the molding chamber.
EFFECT: reduction in the impact of the workpiece fixation on workpiece material distribution, increase in the production speed, and reduction in the amount of waste generated, as well as provision of the possibility of obtaining a coextruded workpiece for blowing, containing two or more coextruded polymer layers.
