FIELD: agricultural industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agricultural industry, namely to fodder production. A method for the production of a feed product for farm animals, characterized in that it provides for the introduction of whey into the fermenter, the addition of nutrients to it and the introduction of prepared sawdust from birch or spruce in a ratio of sawdust:whey - 1:10, mixing, pasteurization, and after pasteurization, whey with added sawdust and nutrients is cooled to a temperature of 33±1°C, a Lactobacillus culture and a BK-Uglich-PRO preparation containing Propionibacterium freudenreichii are added, fermentation is carried out to reduce pH 4.0-4.6, then ultrasonic cavitation of the mixture is carried out when setting the output power of the generator corresponding to the intensity of ultrasound equal to 2.4 W/cm2, then the mixture is cooled to 30±1°C and the top-fermenting fodder yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae is introduced and cultivation is continued for 36-48 hours with aeration, cultivation is carried out to a concentration cells not less than 107 CFU in 1 ml, then sedimentation followed by permeate contamination, filtration and cooling of the biomass to 10°C.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain, in one technological cycle, an eco-friendly effective multifunctional feed product for farm animals using an ultrasonic extract of sugary substances from sawdust for growing protein fodder yeast on a nutrient medium with whey.
