SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of fodders for animals, birds and fish. Mixed culture of microorganisms contains bacteria Cellulosimicrobium funkei VKPM AS-1948, yeast-like fungus Trichosporon mycotoxinivorans VKPM Y-3975, Saccharomyces cerevisiae VKPM Y-3585 in ratio 1:1:1, respectively. Mixed culture is manufacturable, since it is capable of growing in a wide range of aeration, mixing and duration of process of cultivation.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain fodder protein from wood sawdust with high content of crude protein in ready product.
