FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to the technology for production of cold-rolled strip used for the manufacture of products with high requirements for heat resistance. Steel is smelted with the following chemical composition, wt. %: carbon 0.05-0.12, silicon 0.12-0.42, manganese 0.70-1.50, sulfur no more than 0.30, phosphorus no more than 0.30, chromium 2.5-3.8, nickel 0.7-1.5, copper no more than 0.30, molybdenum 0.1-0.5, iron and the inevitable impurities the rest. Steel is poured into a slab, which is subjected to hot rolling to obtain a hot-rolled strip, while hot rolling is completed at a temperature of 850-950°C. The strip is wound into a roll at a temperature of 560-610°C. Etching, annealing of a hot-rolled etched strip is carried out by heating a stack of rolls in bell furnaces with a hydrogen protective atmosphere to a temperature of 700-750°C at a speed of 30-55°C/hour and holding at this temperature for 18-25 hours and subsequent cold rolling to obtain a cold-rolled strip, which, if necessary, is subjected to training with compression of 0.4-0.8%.
EFFECT: increase in the yield of the usable strip is provided by increasing the complex of mechanical properties.
