FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of production of low carbon cold-rolled steel for deep drawing and further single-layer enamelling contains melting of steel containing in wt %: C max. 0.007, Si max. 0.03, Mn 0.15-0.30, Ti (4C+3.43N+1.5S+0.02) - 0.17, where C, N and S - content of carbon, nitrogen and sulphur, wt %, S 0.03-0.06, P max. 0.03, N max. 0.007, Al 0.01-0.06, Cr max. 0.04, Ni max. 0.04, Cu max. 0.04, Fe and inevitable admixtures - rest, pouring, hot rolling, winding, etching, cold rolling, annealing and temper rolling. Slabs for rolling are heated to 1150-1250°C, rolling is finished at 880-960°C, winding is performed at 700-750°C. Cold rolling is performed with total cross-section reduction 70-90%. Annealing is performed at 700-750°C.
EFFECT: production of extra low carbon cold-rolled steel suitable for single-layer enamelling, with high resistance to rippling and high mechanical properties.
