FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry. A method for the manufacture of casting molds and cores suitable for the manufacture of products from fibrous composite materials or cast parts from metal or polymer material by means of 3D printing includes forming a layer of pre-treated granular molding material, applying a binder or at least one component to this layer a binder in liquid form; and multiple repetition of the steps of forming a layer of granular molding material and applying a binder thereon. The particulate molding material is pretreated with at least one organosilicon compound that contains a polar hydrophilic end and a non-polar hydrophobic end.
EFFECT: dimensional accuracy of the manufactured forms and cores is ensured by eliminating the migration of the binder during their manufacture.
