SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and pharmaceutics, namely to a solid pharmaceutical composition in the form of a tablet obtained by direct pressing, having an adaptogenic effect, containing oxy-ethylammonium methylphenoxyacetate and excipients with the following component ratio, wt.%: oxy-ethylammonium methylphenoxyacetate 40; microcrystalline cellulose 18.5; lactose monohydrate 40; sodium stearyl fumarate 1; silicon dioxide colloidal (aerosil) 0.5.
EFFECT: increase in the productivity, while improving the quality of obtained tablets due to changing the production technology, namely the use of “direct pressing” instead of “wet granulation”, and obtaining a faster release profile, which leads to increased bioavailability.
