SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a solid pharmaceutical composition having adaptogenic, immunomodulatory and antiviral properties against influenza A, influenza B, parainfluenza viruses and seasonal coronavirus OC43. The following is proposed: solid pharmaceutical composition with adaptogenic, immunomodulatory and antiviral properties against influenza A, influenza B, parainfluenza and seasonal coronavirus OS43 viruses, containing oxyethylammonium methylphenoxyacetate, additional components and excipients in the following ratio of components, wt.%: 20–60 of oxyethylammonium methylphenoxyacetate, 0.00001–0.5 of o-cresol and/or 0.00001-0.5 of 2-phenoxyacetic acid and/or 2-(3-methylphenoxy) acetic acid and/or 2-(4-methylphenoxy) acetic acid or a mixture of these substances, 0.00001–0.29 of phosphorus and/or 0.0000001–0.00050 of zinc or a mixture thereof, up to 100 of microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, sodium stearyl fumarate, calcium stearate, aerosil, potato starch or mixtures thereof.

EFFECT: above invention has increased adaptogenic, immunomodulatory and antiviral effects, increased bioavailability and reduces negative side reactions.
