HYDRAULIC ROTARY NOZZLE AND REVERSE NOZZLE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC B63H25/30

Abstract RU 2762582 C1

FIELD: shipbuilding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to ship control systems, and can be used to control a reverse nozzle and a rotary nozzle installed for a stationary and / or a propeller built into the ship's hull. The hydraulic control system of the rotary nozzle and the reverse nozzle consists of a power actuator, hydraulically connected with two pumping units, kinematically connected with an electric motor. As an actuator, two rotary hydraulic motors are used, which are connected to the first positive displacement pump in a closed loop through a control unit consisting of two electrically controlled hydraulic valves. The drain line of the first positive displacement pump is connected to the hydraulic tank. The second positive displacement pump is connected by a pressure line with a closed loop through the first safety valve and the first and second check valves. The drain line of the second positive displacement pump is connected to the hydraulic tank. A working fluid purification unit is introduced, connected to the suction line of the second positive displacement pump and the hydraulic tank. A working fluid cooling unit was introduced, which is installed in a closed loop of the first positive displacement pump. An overload protection unit is introduced, which is installed parallel to the first pump and consists of the fourth and fifth safety valves and the third and fourth check valves installed in parallel to them, respectively. The drain lines of the first, fourth and fifth safety valves are connected to the hydraulic tank, and a second pressure gauge and a thermometer are installed in a closed loop.

EFFECT: increased maneuverability of the vessel without increasing the required effort and the possibility of using the system on small passenger ships.
