FIELD: heat insulation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to maintaining a temperature of fluids in pipes, even when a flow of fluids is interrupted. In a method, at the first stage, heat accumulating layer (1) is created containing latent heat accumulating material (2) and matrix material (3). At the second stage, heat accumulating layer (1) is either placed around pipe (4) and then enclosed in a shell of heat-insulating material (5), or heat accumulating layer (1) is brought into contact with heat-insulating material (5), resulting in heat accumulating insulating multilayer material (51), after which pipe (4) is enclosed in the shell of heat accumulating insulating multilayer material (51) in such a way that heat accumulating layer (1) of heat accumulating insulating multilayer material (51) is located between pipe (4) and heat-insulating material (5) of heat accumulating insulating multilayer material (51).
EFFECT: maintenance of the temperature of fluids.
