FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with the proposed invention, the superconducting cable line comprises a heat-insulation pipeline that carries fluid medium with its temperature below ambient one, and a superconducting cable fitted into aforesaid pipeline. Since superconducting cable conductors are arranged in heat-insulation cable pipeline and fitted into heat-insulation fluid medium pipeline, the difference in temperatures inside and outside the heat-insulation pipeline is reduced to a lower level if compared with the aerial cable. Note also that the superconducting cable is enclosed into a dual heat-insulation structure formed by the cable heat-insulation pipeline and fluid medium heat-insulation pipeline.
EFFECT: efficient reduction of ingress of heat into cable from outside.
