FIELD: tire production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rubber mixtures and vulcanized rubber obtained from them. A rubber mixture is proposed, containing a rubber component and short resin fibers, wherein short resin fibers have a ratio A/B from 1.5 to 10, where A is a length of a cross-section perpendicular to a direction of a long axis in a direction of a long diameter of the cross-section, and B is a length of the cross-section perpendicular to the direction of the long axis in the direction of a short diameter of the cross-section. Short resin fibers are complex resin that contains hydrophilic resin and a coating layer covering hydrophilic resin and formed of resin having affinity to the rubber component, which is resin based on polyolefin with a melting temperature lower than the maximum temperature of vulcanization of the rubber mixture. Vulcanized rubber, a tire and a non-studded tire obtained from the proposed rubber mixture are also proposed.

EFFECT: proposed rubber mixture allows for obtaining vulcanized rubber with high water-absorbing capability, as well as a tire and a non-studded tire with excellent operational characteristic on ice.
