SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to an RNA-conductor molecule for purposefully influencing the nucleotide sequence of a conservative section of the promoter region of the VRN-A1 gene of monocotyledonous cereals by CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing systems.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively obtain new alleles of VRN1 genes that have mutations in the regulatory regions of the gene given an unchanged genetic background.
