SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a molecule of RNA-conductor sgRNA for introduction of mutations into a conserved region of the promoter region of the PPD-D1 gene of common wheat using the CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing system.

EFFECT: invention enables to efficiently obtain RNA guides, directing RNA with a specific nucleotide sequence, which can be used in CRISPR/Cas9 systems for making changes in the conserved region of the promoter region of the PPD-D1 gene without changing other regions of the cereal genome.
