SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of artificial structures, such as offshore platforms, and in particular to the structure of fastening a pile pipe support in a pre-fabricated and located base of a stationary offshore platform, and can be used, for example, in the North. A method for fastening tubular elements of a pile fastening unit, in which the wall of the inner element is heated in the unclamping zone before the expansion pressure is applied. The wall of the inner element is heated by supplying a heated coolant, for example, water. It is possible to use a high-frequency heating device, such as an inductor or a direct heating element, such as a heating element. The device for fastening pipe elements is equipped with a system with valves for supplying and outputting the heating medium. The device for fastening the tubular elements is equipped with a high-frequency heating device for heating the walls of the inner tubular element. The device for fastening the tubular elements can be equipped with an electric heating device for heating the walls of the inner tubular element.
EFFECT: possibility of using pipes of a standard assortment in the construction of artificial offshore structures using the hydraulic expansion method is provided.
