FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of securing pipe steel piles in a support base (SB) of marine stationary structures by expanding pile walls into inner grooves of cartridges SB using a device equipped with hydraulic jacks, straps of rods moved in radial direction relative to axis of pile are equipped (glued or fixed by sputtering) with plates of elastomer (polyurethane). Plates of elastomer (polyurethane), changing shape of surface under load in accordance with variable inner surface of expandable wall of pile, providing uniform distribution of load on surface of pile wall, which is in contact with straps of rods of hydraulic jacks, as well as reduced coefficient of friction, which ultimately affects integrity of expandable metal and potential formation of stress concentration zones. In order to improve the process of expanding pile walls into inner annular grooves of guide sleeve SB (excluding damage of surface of decompressible metal and formation of stress concentration zones), higher reliability (capacity) of pile - guide sleeve connection, as well as cutting labor costs and reducing the cost of work, a) in the above device to replace standard hydraulic jacks on telescopic, inner rods of which are equipped with elastomer (polyurethane), participating as puncheon in process of expanding wall of pile; b) internal grooves in guide shells of SB perform toroid-shaped truncated shape, size and number of which is selected depending on selected parameters of pile, method of unclosing and allowable maximum carrying capacity of pile - guide sleeve connection; c) when using devices equipped with hydraulic jacks, internal grooves in guiding sleeve are not made along the whole pile circumference, and evenly in places in accordance with location and number of hydraulic jacks on device for pile expansion; d) the number of internal grooves in the guide sleeve should be at least doubled on the basis that the sum of arc lengths of all internal grooves according to the proposed method shall not be less than the calculated total length of circles of internal circular grooves for this type of pile - guide sleeve connection size; e) internal grooves of the next row in height shall be staggered.
EFFECT: invention relates to construction of offshore structures, specifically to the technology of mounting pipe steel piles in a support base of offshore stationary structures (platforms).
