SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite pipe piles, and can be used both in the construction of offshore structures, for example, the construction of offshore gas and oil platforms, and in land construction, for example, in permafrost conditions, as well as in the implementation of other types of construction and installation work, which imply the joining of prefabricated tubular elements without the use of welded joints, including joining in a confined space (for example, under water). The prefabricated tubular structure consists of at least two tubular elements that are joined together. At the junction point in the first tubular element, at least one annular groove is made on its inner surface, and at least two transitional parts are fixed on the second tubular element, forming an annular protrusion to the outer side of the second tubular element, while the outer side of the annular protrusion of the second tubular element has an annular groove, and when both annular grooves are aligned, an annular channel is formed in which the locking element is located. The annular channel has at least one hole made in the wall of the tubular element for installation in the annular channel of the locking element.
EFFECT: increasing reliability of pipe fastening, shortening the construction time of objects erected on pipe piles, ensuring accurate installation of one pipe element into another, which saves time when assembling the pipe structure.
