ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM INSTALLED IN A VEHICLE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC B60R16/03

Abstract RU 2762880 C1

FIELD: vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an automobile and an on-board electric power supply network in a vehicle. The vehicle comprises several electric power sources. The on-board network comprises distribution boxes, wherein each of the boxes comprises an internal distribution bus, output switches, a driver processor. The internal distribution bus is configured to connect to the electric power sources. The output switches are intended to supply power to an electric power consumer, different from the vehicle, from the internal distribution bus. The driver processor is used to actuate the output switches in order to distribute the consumed load between the electric power consumers depending on the different modes of operation of the vehicle. The distribution box comprises a selector and a control processor. The selector comprises multiple switching paths, wherein all paths are connected at the input to the same pole (+) of the power source and each of said paths is connected at the output to an electrical wire extending from the distribution box. The control processor is used to control the selector, configured to monitor and control the activation/deactivation state of each path connected to the electrical wire wherewith said the same pole of the power source is coupled.

EFFECT: modular architecture of the electric power supply network is created.
