SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to convert energy. Technical result is achieved by a device comprising a capacitor module having a plurality of connecting terminals and a plurality of switching elements. Each switching element has at least one switch terminal connected to a corresponding connecting terminal, wherein the switching elements are configured for mutually exclusive operation using a control device.
