FIELD: rail operation service.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means of decentralized interval regulation of the movement of trains following each other. In the technical solution, the tail car of the leading train is equipped with a GNSS receiver (6), which sends coordinates via a short-range wireless device and an antenna (14) to the slave via the communication line (17) and to the locomotive of the leading train via the communication line (18). The short-range wireless device (5) installed in the locomotive of the slave train receives data from the tail car via an antenna (13), the data is used to plot the trajectory of movement in a block (2), a computing device (3) connected to the train control system (1) regulates the parameters of train movement. The short-range wireless device (8) installed in the locomotive of the leading train receives data from its tail car via an antenna (15), the data is sent to a computing device (10) and serves to monitor the integrity of the leading train carried out in the block (11). If the communication line (17) malfunctions, a duplicate communication line (19) is used with the help of a long-range wireless devices (4) and (9).

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of monitoring the interval of trains is achieved.
