FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a composition containing calcium hydrosilicate, which is especially suitable as a curing amplifier for hydraulic binding agents, to a method for producing a composition and its application. The composition for amplifying the curing of building chemical mixtures contains a hydraulic binding agent or a latent hydraulic binding agent, wherein the composition contains a mineral component and a polymer water-soluble dispersant, where a molar ratio of calcium to silicon in the mineral component is in the range from 0.5 to 2.5, while the mineral component contains semi-ordered calcium hydrosilicate having apparent crystallite size of 15 nm or less determined using X-ray diffraction and Rietveld analysis, and less than 35 wt. % of crystalline phases, different from semi-ordered calcium hydrosilicate, wherein “semi-ordered” means that calcium hydrosilicate has (1) a lower order degree than macroscopic crystalline calcium hydrosilicate, and (2) a higher order degree than amorphous calcium hydrosilicate, and wherein the main diffraction peak of semi-ordered calcium hydrosilicate on a radiograph has a width at half height that is at least 1.25 times greater than a width at half height of the corresponding main diffraction of a crystalline form peak having a crystallite size of 50 nm or more.

EFFECT: more expressed amplifying effect on the curing of hydraulic and latent hydraulic binding agents, and improved operational characteristics.
