FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of construction materials and can be used for making reinforced concrete sleepers and bars. Reinforced concrete product is made from a concrete mixture containing the following, wt.%: portland cement 17.0–19.7, sand 20.4–30.0, crushed stone 42.0–52.8, plasticiser 0.05–0.16, an additive regulating the kinetics of strength gain, 0.50–0.56, air-entraining additive 0.04–0.12, water – the rest. Plasticiser is an aqueous solution with density of 1,240±30 kg/m3 based on polycarboxylate and/or polyarylate esters. Additive regulating the kinetics of strength gain is a solution with density of 1,240±30 kg/m3 based on a suspension containing synthetically obtained nanoparticles of crystalline calcium silicate hydrate. Air-entraining additive is an aqueous solution with density of 1,020±20 kg/m3 based on fumated rosin. Method of making a reinforced concrete product includes installation of reinforcing rods or wire into the mould, which are pre-tensioned, creating a stressed state, mixing components of the concrete mixture, pouring the mixture into said mould with its subsequent hardening.

EFFECT: high compression strength, water impermeability, frost resistance of the reinforced concrete product.
