SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a product supply device containing a compartment for storing a set of products, in which one or more products can be extracted from an extraction area, and to a method for recording a product stock in compartment (2) with the set of products (10). Device (1) for supplying products (10) contains compartment (2) for storing a set of products (10), in which one or more products (10) can be extracted from extraction area (11), wherein, on a side opposite to extraction area (11), slider (4, 12) is attached to one of products (10), prestressed by a spring and made with the possibility of moving in the direction of supply when extracting product (10), wherein a sensor is provided for recording a product stock. At the same time, motion sensor (36) is located on slider (4, 12), by means of which it is possible to detect the movement of slider (4, 12), so that when slider (4, 12) moves, at least one measurement is performed to record the product stock.
EFFECT: creation of a product supply device and a method for recording a product stock that make it easy to record product stocks.
