Equipment for forming ultrafine bubbles, configured to form ultrafine bubbles by bringing a liquid to film boiling, comprises: a detection module configured to detect formation of film boiling; a heater configured to form film boiling, wherein the detection module includes a sensor located near the heater; and a control module configured to receive information regarding the energy during formation of film boiling detected by the detection module, and control the energy subject to introduction into the heater, based on this information, wherein the energy subject to introduction into the heater is greater than energy during formation of film boiling detected by the detection module, and less than 3 times the energy during formation of film boiling.

EFFECT: possibility of effectively controlling formation of a large amount of ultrafine bubbles at low costs.
