SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system and a method for the transfer to another track for railway vehicles. The system contains a main track, a transfer track and a transfer device. On the main track, there is a vehicle. The transfer track contains a set of statistical components. The transfer device is installed on the vehicle and is intended for the control of the motion of one or more transfer wheels. The transfer device provides for a contact of one or more transfer wheels with the transfer track to implement the process of transfer the vehicle to another track. The transfer track, at a start stage, is located on the level of the main track and gradually raised to a level that allows the vehicle moving along the main track to pass under the transfer track. The rut width of the transfer track is wider than the rut width of the main track, and the transfer track contains a monorail.

EFFECT: creation of the system for the transfer of railway vehicles to another track by means of fixed railway tracks without the use of movable turnouts.
