SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture. In the method, along with enrichment of garlic with germanium, selenium it is simultaneously enriched with three-fold treatment of plants during the beginning, middle and end of intensive leaf growth with germatranol and potassium selenite, used at a concentration of 0.15%, dissolved in 1% DMSO solution, at a dose of 100 ml of the solution per 1 m2 of plant area, by wetting both sides of all leaves with a sprayer that provides finely dispersed liquid spraying at a temperature of 20-25°C.
EFFECT: method provides the production of plant products simultaneously enriched with selenium and germanium.
