SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to folding hinged structure (1), in particular, to support a seat or a support surface, containing: first holder (3) made with the possibility of attachment to a wall; second holder (5) made with the possibility of binding to the seat or to the support surface; first lever (7), first end (70) of which is pivotally attached to first part (30) of first holder (3), and second end (71) is pivotally attached to first part (50) of second holder (5); second lever (9), first end (90) of which is pivotally attached to second part (31) of first holder (3), and second end (91) is pivotally attached to second part (51) of second holder (5). Folding hinged structure (1) is made with the possibility of moving from a closed configuration, in which second holder (5) lies in a plane essentially parallel to a wall plane, to an open configuration, in which second holder (5) lies in a plane essentially orthogonal to the wall plane. According to the invention, second holder (5) contains slider (11) made with the possibility of moving relatively to second holder (5). Slider (11) contains first hook (13) actuated to fix folding hinge structure (1) in the open configuration, and second hook (15) actuated to fix folding hinge structure (1) in the closed configuration.

EFFECT: obtaining a folding hinged structure for seat support.
