FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to medical technology, and discloses a method for improving the echogenic properties of biopsy and aspiration needles. The method consists in the fact that a substrate made of aluminum oxide 12 nm thick is applied to a stainless-steel needle, and then a nanofilm of titanium and vanadium oxides 25 nm thick using atomic layer deposition technology, the coating is applied at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius.
EFFECT: invention can be used to improve the echogenic properties of instruments and instruments used in medical manipulations under U/S control, including for minimally invasive targeted puncture and aspiration biopsy.
