METHOD FOR DETECTING THE SOURCE OF RADIO EMISSION BASED ON THE STATISTICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RADIO SIGNAL Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC G06K9/38 G06K9/62

Abstract RU 2763872 C1

FIELD: radio detection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for recognizing an object using electronic means. The result is achieved due to the fact that signal characteristics calculated by mathematical statistics methods are used as parameters peculiar to each signal, and signals and radio sources that differ from each other are detected by comparative analysis of statistical parameters of various signals received at the monitoring interval. The method provides recognition of the source of radio emission by the statistical characteristics of the emitted radio signal characteristic of the source. The use of the method in monitoring radio signals makes it possible to determine whether the analyzed signal corresponds to a radio-emitting medium, the signals of which have already been previously recorded, or the analyzed signal refers to a new radio-emitting medium and a new object.

EFFECT: detection of various sources of radiation of radio signals that differ from each other in values according to their characteristic parameters of the emitted signal.
