SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the field of obtaining substances suitable for processing plants. The method for extracting glycoalkaloids from the peeled peel of washed potatoes in the production of potato products for use as an insecticide and suppressing pathogenic microflora during the growing season of agricultural plants provides for the extraction of glycoalkaloids with mineral or organic acid with a concentration of 0.01 to 7.0% with the duration of the extraction process 0.1-6 h at a temperature of 10-50°C with a peel: solvent ratio from 1:1 to 1:10, neutralizing the mixture with an alkali solution to pH 5.5-7.5, separating the extract from the extracted peel and concentrating the glycoalkaloids extract by evaporation. The extract obtained is used for extraction with a new mass of peel from 2 to 10 times.

EFFECT: proposed method for extracting glycoalkaloids from the peeled peel of washed potatoes is effective and affordable, and in addition, it ensures the disposal of potato production waste.
