FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method of the production of a nutrient medium for the cultivation of mold fungi is proposed, the method involves the use of potato juice in a liquid state as one of the components, bringing it to a pH value of 5.6±0.2 0.01N with sulfuric acid at 25°C and mixing in a given ratio with crystalline glucose and agar. The resulting mixture was thoroughly mixed, dried for 3.5 h at 105°C, then for 4 h at 60°C in an oven, the dried mass is crushed before passing through a 180 µm sieve.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of the arsenal of nutrient media for the cultivation of mold fungi using a by-product of potato starch production.
