FIELD: pharmaceutical chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacognosy, particularly to production of substances having potential pharmacological activity. Method for extraction of sum of alpha-solanine and alpha-chaconine from peel of tubers of potato Solanum tuberosum L., f. Solanaceae provides for extraction of prepared raw material in fractional mode 3 times for 10 minutes with three portions of extractant. After that, the obtained extracts are filtered, the filtrates are combined, mixed with 25% aqueous ammonia solution, extraction is held at room temperature for 1 hour for precipitation reaction. Further, centrifugation is carried out for 10 minutes at 1660 g, the supernatant is drained, the precipitate is mixed with ethyl acetate, stirred, ethyl acetate is distilled off to obtain a dried extract with moisture content of 5%. Source of target substances used is potato tubers peel, which is exposed to solar radiation for 2 weeks, then peel with thickness of 5 mm is cut, dried at 60 °C to constant mass with residual moisture content of 6% and milled, and 5% aqueous solution of acetic acid is used as an extractant. Output of the sum of alpha-solanine and alpha-chaconine is 46.19±6.91% of the total dry substances in the extract.

EFFECT: proposed method of extraction of sum of alpha-solanine and alpha-chaconine provides higher output of end product of high quality, is easy to implement, does not require use of expensive equipment and toxic extractants.
