FIELD: firing units.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a chain for a chain curtain of a firing unit. The chain for the curtain chain contains interconnected oval or round shaped cast links. The body of each link is made in the form of connected sectors with a variable cross-section, with the ratio of the smallest cross-sectional dimension to the largest, equal to 0.25-0.90. The contour of the outer part of the link cross-section is formed by two intersecting straight lines, and the contour of the inner part is formed by two straight lines and a circular arc intersecting them.
EFFECT: increasing the area of the link while improving the streamlining of the link shape.
