FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of thin-walled nozzle or nozzle diffuser production from composite material, which contains thickened with matrix fastened fibrous frame, includes obtaining cloth from fibrous tissue, produced by volumetric weaving. After that, fibrous perform is formed by adjusting cloth to form, which has surface, reproducing desirable geometry of internal or external surface of nozzle or nozzle diffuser to be produced. Cloths are adjusted on form with overlap of their adjacent edges, or by connection of cloths at the level of mutual contact of their edges. After that, fastened fibrous frame is formed by shaping fibrous preform, soaked with resin, which contains composition of fastening. Shaping is carried out between form and casing applied on soaked fibrous preform in such a way as to obtain fastened fibrous frame, which has volume content of fibers, equal to, at least, 35%, and which has, at least, on larger part of its size by axis width not more than 5 mm, formed by a single layer of fibrous tissue cloth. Finally consolidation of fastened fibrous frame by means of chemical sedimentation from gas phase after pyrolysis of resin in such a way that after consolidation it is possible to obtain a component, which practically has form and width of nozzle or nozzle diffuser to be produced.
EFFECT: increased strength of products.
