FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an aerosol forming composition that contains (i) one or several aerosol forming components; and (ii) a flavoring component, wherein the specified flavoring component is an extract obtained from an alcoholic beverage, and the specified extract contains less than 5 vol.% of ethyl alcohol. At the same time, the composition contains from 0.01 to 10 wt.% of the flavoring component per the aerosol forming composition. In addition, a method for forming aerosol, a packaged aerosol forming composition, an electronic aerosol supply system and the use of an extract obtained from an alcoholic beverage as a flavoring component in the electronic aerosol supply system are described, wherein the specified extract contains less than 5 vol.% of ethyl alcohol.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain an aerosol forming composition that preserves the taste and aroma of the initial alcoholic beverage, but does not contain significant amount of ethyl alcohol, also, to improve the quality of the aroma, when the composition is converted into aerosol, and improve organoleptic impressions of the consumer inhaling aerosol.
