SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an aerosolised composition for inhalation by the user of an aerosol providing apparatus, a method for generation thereof, an electronic aerosol providing system, and a method for improving the delivery of a flavouring substance into the aerosolised composition. Aerosolised composition for inhalation by the user of an aerosol supply apparatus contains: (i) water in the amount of at least 50 wt.% relative to the mass of the aerosolised composition and (ii) at least one flavouring substance, wherein the aerosolised composition contains at least one flavouring substance in the amount of at least 70 wt.% in relation to the mass of said flavouring substance present in the aerosolising composition used to produced the aerosolised composition.

EFFECT: creation of a composition with improved organoleptic properties, with protection of the flavouring substance from heat-induced decomposition, reduction of harm caused by electronic cigarette devices.
