FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. For the treatment of protrusion of tubular drainages after antiglaucomatous surgery, the tenon membrane is sutured over the tubular part of the drainage. When forming the access, an incision of the conjunctiva is made on one side of the cut tubular part, along the drainage in the direction from the limbus, and the incision is continued along the drainage body. The conjunctiva is excised at the site of protrusion and then exfoliated, exposing the fibrosed tenon membrane over the drainage body. Tenon's sheath, 4×10 mm in size, is excised over the drainage body, leaving the nutritive stem. The cut out flap is unrolled and completely covered with it the tubular part of the drainage. Further, along the edge of the flap, it is fixed to the sclera with three interrupted sutures at free corners.
EFFECT: method allows to close the conjunctival defect over the tubular part of the drainage of the tenon membrane, which prevents infection, stabilizes IOP and prolongs the hypotensive effect of antiglaucomatous surgery.
