FIELD: radioactive waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for processing low-level waste, industrial waste containing technogenic radionuclides. The method for production of recultivation construction inert material consists in the fact that materials, products, equipment and soil with a radionuclide composition Cs137, Co60, Mn54 and a total specific activity of radionuclides greater than or equal to 0.3 kBq/kg are successively subjected to: pretreatment, including extraction of reinforced concrete products, cutting of oversized reinforced concrete products into pieces with different sizes corresponding to the inlet of the crusher, by means of an excavator with a set of hydraulic equipment, crushing of concrete scrap in the crusher, separation of steel reinforcement from scrap products on a magnetic separator, fractional sorting of concrete crushed stone on a screen and sieving to ensure that fractions with a particle size of 20-40 mm are found in a mixture; mixing for at least 30 minutes using mixing equipment or with the help of construction equipment with the sorbing material “Glauconite”, the mass of which is from 2% to 4% of the mass of waste, sand for construction work, the mass of which is at least 80% of the mass of waste, technical calcium chloride, the mass of which is from 1% to 3% of the mass of waste, and water for concrete and mortar, the volume of which is determined by the achievement of a paste-like consistency of the mixture; maturation of the resulting mixture for at least 4 days.
EFFECT: expansion of the nomenclature of materials suitable for reclamation work and obtained through the disposal of solid industrial waste from nuclear power plants.
